How can I change the account password
Please use the feature 'Reset Password' at the login page.
If you have logged in, you would need to logout, to access the login page.
How can I change the account email
Unfortunately the account email works as unique identifier so cannot be changed
If an existing account user would like to use a different email, he or she would need to open a new Visodee account
How the credits system works
The account will be charged 1 credit for the following actions:
- Create a New Enroll Face
- Create a New Gallery
- Attempt to Match a Face (API and Camera)
- Export a dashboard data
- Analyze a Picture (only API)
- Match a Picture (only API)
Set Time Zone for Time Attendance
Date and Time in the Time Attendance will be record and displayed according the Time Zone sets in the account setting page.
How checkin and checkout work
Every single day, the first time a Face user is recognized by the web camera system, will be timestamp as checked in time and any successive time, for the same day, the same Face user is recognized will be timespamp as checkout time.
Check out timestamp will be effective after 5 minutes of check in time.
